Jason Baker is a male in his late-twenties living in the United States. He lives in Austin Texas with his wife, Amanda, and their two cats, Tattoo and Boo. Jason and Amanda enjoy spending as much time as possible focusing on personal entertainment and/or doing absolutely nothing. Coincidentally, Tattoo and Boo are also big fans of doing nothing, as their primary occupation/hobby is sleeping 18 hours a day.

Jason is a software developer. He started programming in high school and endured enough college to earn a bachelor's degree in computer science. Nowadays he works for PayPal, and he occasionally spends some of his free time programming on personal projects as well. Jason is a big fan of open source software, Java, Bash, and PHP. He likes getting real work done that can be shared with the least amount of pain, so he's not keen on other options such as c++ or anything Microsoft related.

Jason has a predictable set of consumption-based interests. He likes music that sounds like The Smashing Pumpkins sounded back when they were relevant (which would be before the year 1999). He enjoys Oliver Stone movies, and likes books about programming, programmers, and rock and roll stars. Jason's a big fan of Nintendo, and considers the game Pikmin to be the greatest game ever made, because it is. He also thoroughly enjoys the Guitar Hero and Rock Band video games.
